As part of a flexible service menu, our “retainer” option is great for existing clients who anticipate the need for at least two hours’ worth of phone consultations in the coming year. By paying a retainer upfront, the client can then call as needed, without being billed each time. For those who do not choose the retainer option, phone meetings can be scheduled and billed as they occur, in 15-minute increments.
Unfortunately, we can only offer phone consultations to existing hourly or investment management clients. To offer sound advice, we require some level of awareness of the client’s situation, which is best accomplished with the introductory questionnaire and initial consultation.
Of course, investment management clients can call at no additional cost with questions related to their Clarity accounts. We also offer these clients one complimentary hour of financial planning services each year, in conjunction with an annual portfolio update in person or over the phone.
